A Mariners' Museum Family Session | Newport News Family Photographer
2015 has been an amazing year and to wrap it up with a family session with my friends the Walls was icing on the cake! Two years ago I worked with Katy to photograph her beautiful senior portraits and was thrilled to get the entire family in front of my camera this fall!
For a late November session, we were excited that there were still plenty of gorgeous fall leaves still on the trees, making the Mariners' Museum the perfect location for our session!
Our session began at the start of the Noland Trail, beneath the branches of a colorful maple tree. We walked the grounds of the Mariners' Museum, stopping along the way to marvel at the fall scenery all around us (and of course pausing for a photo op when the colors were just perfect!). Since the Walls live close enough to walk to the Museum, we took a stroll to their home where we closed out our session with help from a couple of the Walls' furry friends! :)
Kim, Steve, Katy, & Kord-Working with y'all to create your new family portraits was such a joy! You made my job easy and I loved spending my Sunday morning with you guys! I hope you love your new family photos! :)
Oh those colors! Virginia sure knows how to do fall RIGHT!!
These next two are my favorites of Kim and Steve! Love!
Look who joined us at the end of our session! :)
