Elston & Wildman Families
A Mariner's Museum Session | Newport News Family Photographer
Many of my favorite memories can be traced back to my time spent in undergrad and grad school at Christopher Newport University (Go Captains!)! From studying for cell biology finals in the biology building, to learning what it takes to be a freshman Resident Assistant (such a rewarding and challenging experience!), to having the honor of becoming a founding sister of a new sorority at your school's campus (Go ZTA!), it's amazing the memories you can make in 4+ years! It's even more awesome when you can share these experiences with dear friends, like my buddy Tiffany!
When Tiffany asked if we could do family photos this fall, I jumped at the chance! I met Tiffany and her family at the Mariner's Museum in Newport News to catch the last of the Museum's beautiful greenery before it begins turning into the golds, yellows, and reds that make Virginia falls so lovely! We started out at the front of the Museum, stopping for a photo op at the cannons (of course!), and continued through the Park. We ended our session at the Lion's Bridge, home to one of the most beautiful (and according to Tyler-climb-worthy!) oaks in the area! I hope you enjoy some of my favorites from our time together!
Tyler LOVED picking up leaves as we went from one spot to the next!
According to Tyler, our first photos of the session had to be with the cannons! I mean, I can't blame him! Cannons are awesome! :)
Looks like somebody had the giggles!
Taking pictures can be hard work! Sometimes you gotta stop and take a rest with dad!
Has anybody seen Tyler? HA! That boy loves his leaves!!
Oh y'all are lookin' GOOD!!
I simply ADORE these next shots of Tyler with his Nana Dee! Melt!!
Climbing trees with Daddy makes Tyler a happy little boy!!
How about a little pre-Halloween fun with Grandpa Rick! HA!
Happy Fall, Y'all!!
